Katy Argueta has years of experience working in the market rate and affordable housing industry in the Washington, DC area. During her tenure with a local real estate developer, she assisted in the acquisition of 100+ units of affordable housing which involved conversion of rental housing into cooperative housing, ensuring compliance with local housing laws, relocation assistance, interfacing with third parties (such as attorneys, architects, DC government officials, lenders, etc) essential to moving transactions forward, and general organizational development. Ms. Argueta also assisted with the project and budget management of construction projects from design to completion.
In her spare time, Katy enjoys the outdoors, grabbing a bite to eat at local eateries, and exploring the region.
